It is my hope that I and each person I work with intentionally strive toward living a more emotionally healthy life. You might be seeking better relationships with others or wish to feel better about yourself. Symptoms of anxiety or depression may affect you and your ability to "show up" for those you care about. The impact of trauma may be "taking you out" of your ability to focus and remain present to yourself and others.
