I’m Patrick Sarandah and I’m not the kind of therapist who hides behind a clipboard. I bring my full self into the room—humorous, direct, compassionate, and intuitive. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully human, fully honest, and feel truly heard. Therapy with me is collaborative—you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m the navigator helping you find direction, avoid the potholes, and recalibrate when life detours. I believe therapy should feel real, not rehearsed. It’s about showing up as you are, sitting with discomfort, and learning to move through it.
