Life can be hard and change isn’t always easy; if it was, we would have done it already. In my experience, change and personal growth come with guidance and training as well as support and understanding. If you are ready and wanting things to improve in your life and could use some help along the way, that is what I can offer. My primary practices areas include individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) as well as individuals in the kink and poly communities. I also work frequently with career professionals to support navigating high-demand careers and work obligations while improving personal quality of life.
