Therapy, as I see it, is a unique relationship between therapist and client involving an emotional, psychological, and often spiritual journey. The therapist accompanies the client on this journey serving as mentor, guide, translator, coach, and confidant. I work to assist you in your journey towards wholeness, success, understanding, and relief from suffering. My approach to therapy is interactive, supportive, and compassionate. I endeavor to create a free and protected space so that you may safely explore whatever needs to be focused on while honoring your limits and boundaries.
