Thank you so much for viewing my profile. Making our health a priority and reaching out can be so difficult. So many barriers can get in the way in our lives and taking the steps to initiate your journey to self-care can be the most difficult. Once you take the first step, the second one is always easier. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, and TF-CBT therapies and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy along with mindfulness and meditation techniques. I have had significant training in trauma treatment and domestic violence and assisting with life transitions, relationship issues, and the healing process.
