It's nice to meet you! I'm one of the only providers in Wesley Chapel who is extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have been practicing DBT for 15 years. I also have extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I enjoy working with adolescents and adults to address concerns that hold them back from being the best version of themselves. Some concerns include depression, anxiety, BPD, disordered eating, substance use, trauma, impulsivity, inattention/hyperactivity, identity issues, relationship issues, and life stressors. I also offer Qualified Supervisor services to social work interns.
