I have twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist and over 40 years of experience in the counseling field. In addition to providing psychotherapy myself, I have taught graduate-level counseling classes, supervised masters level and post-graduate students, and created a host of counseling programs to support individuals, couples, and families to feel better, be happier, and live healthier more fulfilling lives.
