I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW). I believe therapy works best when there is a partnership between the Therapist and the client. There needs to be mutual respect and a nonjudgmental, supportive environment. I have spent many years dealing with active eating disorders, although more recently I have been seeing clients who are no longer active but still have emotional issues.
