As a narrative-focused counselor, I help clients step outside problem-saturated stories and reconnect with their strengths. I don’t “fix” people—I collaborate with them to explore overlooked resilience and re-author their lives in line with their values. The shift from seeing problems as identity to seeing them as challenges opens space for change, agency, and healing. Counseling, to me, is about helping people reclaim the pen in their own story.
