My training and experience is in treating Individuals, Couples, and Families with adult children. I treat couples who have difficulties communicating, resolving conflict, or navigating transitions successfully. Additionally, I treat individuals with various issues and have training and extensive experience treating Relationship Issues Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, . My highest priority is helping you open doors to a new life. I have intensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. Individuals will learn techniques to overcome issues, and reframe experiences and perceptions to achieve your goals, Couples and Families will learn positive, effective communication by creating new patterns of open communication, empathy, and emotional connection to build lasting relationships.
