We often know what is wrong and how to fix it, but other times it is helpful to get support. Along with being a licensed clinical social worker, I have four years of postgraduate study in relational psychotherapy. I work collaboratively with you to clarify thoughts, identify feelings, and develop better coping mechanisms for a more productive and fulfilling life. The real work in therapy is to understand current relationships and how we enact the same scenarios in the here and now. Together we can examine your feelings and emotions to understand what will help you make effective changes in your daily life.
