I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the women carrying the emotional weight of motherhood. Whether it is postpartum depression or anxiety, infertility, grief after miscarriage or stillbirth, or the daily overwhelm of holding everything together. She feels exhausted, lost, or disconnected and craves a safe space to slow down, feel understood, and reclaim herself. She wants to reclaim her sense of self, learn healthier ways to cope, and feel present again. Her goal isn’t perfection, it’s peace, balance, and finally being able to breathe.
