However, we sometimes need assistance working through life’s obstacles and leveraging our strengths. I can provide a safe and empathic space for healing. My experience includes working with individual adults and children addressing trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, academic issues, anxiety, grief, and depression.
