I believe that inside of all of us lives our ability to connect with all the tools and energy to live a powerful life. Sometimes things happen and we lose sight of that connection and it is necessary to work with someone to ask the tough questions and be an empathic witness on our courageous step into self-discovery. My goal is to empower you to call the inner pieces of yourself out of the shadows, give them a powerful, authentic voice and truly embrace them. My focus has been on relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, shame, stress, grief/loss, coping with pain/illness, co-dependency, sexuality, etc. I enjoy integrating humor, mindfulness, stress management, creativity, solution-focus, relationship skills, spirituality (when relevant), and education. I teach effective coping skills for you to utilize in your life.
