About
My work centers on supporting individuals navigating trauma recovery, life transitions, and the stress of systemic and cultural barriers. With experience in both community-based and outpatient settings, I work with clients ages 7 and up experiencing anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. My goal is to help people build resilience, reconnect with their inner strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they explore their stories and develop tools for lasting growth. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed care grounded in cultural humility, inclusivity, and collaboration. As a queer, bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I bring warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for diverse lived experiences. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed practices, and a strengths-based lens to support healing.
