Hello there, My name is Patricia Sosa and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in northern California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have extensive experience working with adults with severe mental illness, mood disorders, dual diagnosis, aging, trauma and crisis stabilization. In addition, I have worked with clients who are in the painful process of divorce and its aftermath, clients who suffer from post-partum depression, and the stressors of being a single parent. During our first session, I'll introduce myself and highlight what therapy will look like. We will discuss what brought you to therapy and how I can help. I'll tailor a treatment plan to address your specific challenges and provide information regarding how to contact me in-between sessions.
