I work with Adults who suffer from symptoms of anxiety, depression, past traumas along with obsessive compulsive patterns. These symptoms can hinder people from achieving goals and enjoying healthier occupational and personal relationships. I can help people feel more confident and connected to live their best, authentic lives. Holding a compassionate space for you to be heard, we will explore thoughts and feelings. With a holistic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion regulation, attachment therapy, somatic and mindfulness skills, I can empower clients to make lasting changes through greater awareness, self compassion and healthier thinking patterns.
