I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who works with teens and adults struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I help those grappling with uncertainty, anxiety, fear, and confusion. If you feel like no one understands what you're going through, or if you need a new perspective, I will work to help you make sense of your experiences and get you to a place you want to be. I match well with individuals struggling with anxious or depressive symptoms, past family trauma, or life transitions. Telehealth or in person sessions available.
