My main focus is to provide a relaxed, safe environment that enables people to discuss their vulnerabilities regarding self and relationships. I work extensively with those who suffer from trauma, anxiety and depression often due to questions of self-worth, childhood traumas, major life transitions, and relational issues. Also, I have done research in the way of gender, sexuality, and shame in western culture.
