I am interested in providing quality mental health treatment to children and adults suffering from a variety of issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, relationship issues, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, and family conflict. I enjoy watching clients discover their inner strength and apply that to their current problems. Using cognitive-behavioral interventions clients will be able to identify faulty thinking patterns and work on restructuring them into more positive, productive thoughts.
