My approach will be to listen to you and find out what you want and need, and we will work together on deciding the path I tend to use what therapeutic interventions are best to assist you and what will work best for you. I believe you will find that I listen and reflect well on what you are expressing and can help guide you to meeting the agreed upon goals. I like to create a safe place for someone to feel they can express themselves, their thoughts and their feelings. I am empathetic and I believe I connect well with people which helps guide people to reaching their goals. I think it is important to use some humor at times as well
