While I join other therapists in providing a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space to talk - something we certainly all need - I also collaborate with clients to develop more active sessions. This includes goal setting, homework, guided imagery, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and other evidence based practices. I specialize working with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, shame, addiction, men’s issues, adhd, identity/values formation, and pessimism. I also help with relationship issues, including parenting, communication, infidelity, and forgiveness.
