Hello! I have dedicated a decade of my life to helping people struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. My goal with therapy is to help my clients unhook from problematic beliefs or behaviors and help them work towards living their best lives. I believe that my clients have the tools and the capacity to heal from their past and get themselves out of harmful patterns that keep them from the lives that they want.
