A licensed psychologist since 1983, I learned early the vast importance of insight into the life experiences and other factors that determine a person's emotional balance. I have worked with a wide range of adults, from those with significant mental illness to those motivated by a desire for self-knowledge, including other mental health professionals. I encourage deep reflection, reading and a wellness-oriented lifestyle. My clients learn to see me as a guide with knowledge of psychodynamics who will encourage and promote their self-development throughout the adult lifecycle.
