How I work. I am Solution Focused when working with individuals or couples. I use Gottman Theory Couples Therapy in my clinical work with couples. I begin with understanding my client’s perspective. How they see their life, their current situation, their family history. When it’s a couple, it’s about understanding two lives and two perspectives and noticing where they align and where they clash. Then, I help each person to develop new skills and tools and so they can develop a better operating system that’s healthier and more productive.
