The ability to cope with the stress of personal and societal issues is a significant challenge to our mental health. I am here to listen and navigate through these issues with you. I am a licensed therapist providing care to residents of California and Nevada at this time. During my 16+ years of clinical practice, I have had the privilege of working with individuals in various stages of life from adolescents and young adults coping with anxiety and behavioral issues to older individuals dealing with grief and bereavement. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and bereavement, as well as difficulty adjusting to life events.
