Life is complex and hectic! I help gay and queer men in New York—especially those in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of NYC—who feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, stuck in unfulfilling relationships, or disconnected from their own sexual satisfaction. I understand how easy it is to feel like you’re supposed to have it all together in a city that never slows down, while privately carrying the weight of self-doubt, isolation, and unspoken fears. Many of my clients tell me they’re tired of repeating the same arguments with partners, feeling disconnected during intimacy, or second-guessing their worth in both love and life.
