I have more than 20 years of experience as a mental health counselor, serving clients with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, chronic mental illness, trauma-related disorders, and stress management. Through the years I have completed additional training in evidence-based treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
