My approach is founded in compassion for my clients to explore new ways to relate to themselves and others while doing so in a safe and creative environment through recreation. Using humor and games, clients can feel supported and free to let go of their fears and insecurities through the connections we make and the goals we set forth. Challenging experiences are carefully welcomed in our work together to bring new light and lightheartedness to the struggles my clients experience, and a comforting voice to hear when it feels as if no one is listening. I offer traditional styles of psychotherapy as well as non-traditional.
