Often in life, we find ourselves at a crossroads and may not feel too confident about which path to choose. We may be facing significant life transitions, such as attending or returning to school, entering the work-force, selecting and/or changing a career path, and relationship status changes. This can be difficult to navigate, as well as cause depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive thoughts and behaviors, difficulty making decisions, and communication challenges! We often want to know the best course of action and are afraid to make the “wrong” one.
