I provide therapy for adults and teens, aimed at healing emotional wounds, understanding oneself, and achieving one's potential. I often deal with issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationships, life changes and life purpose. I also work with families and couples to improve communication, solve conflicts, and develop more loving connections. I'm passionate about helping people break out of limiting patterns, connect to their true selves, and live a more satisfying life.
