Men in 21st century America have unique challenges facing them. Most of us are balancing societal expectations, relationships, family issues, and being a provider against a longing for fulfillment and satisfaction. Where do I fit in? How do I feel like I am enough? Why do I keep everyone else happy at my own expense? Men have been programmed by our culture to live in an emotional disconnect. We were taught to live in our heads, not our hearts, and somewhere along the way we lost ourselves. We try to do everything right and somehow it’s never enough. Together, we will explore men's issues and healthy masculinity.
