I provide a range of therapy services for the whole family, including children as young as 5, teens and adults. I offer individual therapy, family therapy and couples therapy, as well as parent consultation. My style is warm, direct and active, with healthy amounts of humor and positive support. Key areas of focus are: anxiety, depression, stress, young adulthood, ADHD, childhood behavioral and emotional issues, life transitions, grief, trauma and relationships. View 4 Photos Kids are a joy to work with and I love helping them express their feelings, dilemmas and dreams in the style that best suits them; talk, play, games, art, music or therapeutic exercises tailored to their needs. I seek to engage their parents in the work as much as possible, in order to create changes at home that support the child’s individual growth.
