Hi There! I’m Paul Remmele. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is highly motivated to help clients navigate through challenging current situations, heal from past trauma, discover their true voice, and overcome obstacles that allow them to attain their full potential. I believe in clients’ innate wisdom regarding their inner lives, so I work with people in a collaborative way to identify and achieve their therapeutic goals. Progress can best be achieved by a combination of 1) thoughtful discussion leading to cognitive insights, 2) the processing of emotions, and 3) efforts to change ineffective behaviors. I have significant experience working with a variety of people from many different ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. I enjoy working with families and couples, often finding this approach very dynamic and productive. I love working with children of all ages, including mother and toddler dyads.
