I work with individuals and couples from a compassionate, non-judgemental, client-centered perspective. I believe that the unique rapport that develops between client and therapist is one of the major components of emotional and psychological healing. My approach is highly collaborative in that we work together to identify problems and creatively find solutions that work for you. I specialize in relationship issues with individuals as well as couples; depression; anxiety; issues of self-esteem; sexual identity and coming out; and LGBTQ+ issues. I also have extensive experience and training with families dealing with dementia.
