I work with teens and young adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck and often want their Christian faith to be an active part of counseling. They are often navigating stress, identity questions, relationships, or life transitions and feel disconnected from God or from themselves. Together, we invite Christ into the counseling process, build practical skills, and strengthen emotional and spiritual resilience. My clients want to experience greater peace, trust God more fully, and move forward with clarity, freedom, and purpose.
