I believe effective therapy is based on a good fit between the therapist and client that promotes safety and trust. I approach treatment through a psychodynamic lens to help people understand what brought them to this point. With this knowledge, a person can feel more empowered to make different choices to live the life they have envisioned. I am Jungian-informed, helping people to make sense of their dreams and find meaning in them.
