I have always enjoyed collaborating with people to solve problems. My primary mission as a counselor is to help individuals, couples, and families manage life’s challenges and its many crucial and often unexpected transitions. I am especially passionate about helping struggling teens, young adults, and their families; men in crisis; and individuals and couples improve decision-making, communication, and coping skills.
