Hello! Hi! I'm a licensed therapist with 12 years of expertise and experience providing services in California and Michigan. I received my Masters from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I help young adults, adults and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, fatigue and any one of a variety of other challenges. Clients who engage in sessions realize less worry, sadness and stress. The goal is for you to have an improved experience of living and better relationships with yourself and others. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then address the specific challenges you're facing.
