My practice is a welcoming, safe space open to folks of any gender, orientation, race, or religion. People who work with me say they feel deeply listened to and understood. My approach rests in a trustworthy relationship and focuses on nurturing healthful developmental and coping skills, as well as identifying and resolving problematic patterns. My primary effort is to help each client achieve his or her personal goals related to what brought them to therapy.
