I primarily work with adults and teens facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions—with a particular focus on identity, relationships, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who are closeted or questioning. I’ve worked in schools, residential programs and clinical research—supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and across every stage of life. These experiences allow me to adapt therapy to each person’s needs rather than rely on a one-size-fits-all approach. Above all, I aim to make therapy practical, honest, and deeply respectful of who you are and what makes you unique.
