As a licensed therapist since 2015, I have worked in a variety of settings where I have helped people of all ages manage their anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, providing support and skills training to parents of teens struggling with mental illness, and all forms of trauma.
