I have been trained in a variety of healing modalities in order to provide an array of interventions for my clients. I am client-centered in my approach and believe in the profound ability of each person to find a way to heal from their painful and traumatic life experiences. I use the cutting edge modalities of Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and Psychosynthesis. I believe that each individual has an inner wisdom to reach their full potential.
