Are you tired of struggling? Do you need a JUMPSTART TO HEALING (tm)? I am now offering full-day, intensive therapy sessions to help you begin to heal more quickly. Jump Start sessions can really help with unresolved relational pain, anger, anxiety or trauma that is affecting your self esteem, your relationships, and your work. I can work with couples or individuals for an entire day so that you can do about two months worth of therapy sessions in a single day. This is appropriate for couples or individuals and is not a workshop, inpatient therapy, or group therapy. View 7 Photos With couples, I address trauma first as this allows partners to be less emotionally reactive and more open to relationship therapy work. My couples have found this approach to be very helpful because it allows them to think more clearly so they can learn new relationship skills.
