I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for over 15 years. I have been in private practice for the last ten years in the state of California, Washington, and now Kentucky. I am very passionate about my work as a psychotherapist. I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse population of individuals over my several years of experience working in the mental health field. I have a broad base of knowledge and training in areas such as trauma, attachment, parenting, mindfulness, guided imagery, addiction, and substance abuse. I have worked as a certified crisis counselor through the Sexual Assault Crisis Agency (SACA). I have also worked with law enforcement and at-risk youth.
