IC Wellness is offering virtual sessions ( in Virginia and Florida) only in a safe place where you will find enlightenment and draw upon your inner resources and strengths to produce mental health and awareness. The goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment upon which a strong clinical relationship can be built. It is my belief that through this partnership, clients are best able to draw on their individual strengths and capabilities. IC Wellness specializes in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, suicidal impulses, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, teen issues, family issues and grief. Also, job and career concerns, educational decisions, and mental and emotional health issues.
