The best psychotherapy is a working partnership that honors our innate healing abilities. Within the context of a caring relationship, therapy can create opportunities to resolve past pain, balance emotions, and experience spontaneous joy and energetic flow. I love working with clients who prefer a collaborative therapeutic relationship, who are willing to do the work of healing (between-session “field work” is assigned regularly), who are comfortable with, or curious about, a nonlinear approach (rather than strictly cognitive or “talk therapy”).
