With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations across a range of settings. My journey began with four years as a school guidance counselor, followed by five years as a geriatric therapist, and most recently, six years as a school-based therapist. My clinical focus includes working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD), end-of-life concerns, and a variety of family-related challenges.
