As a licensed MFT, I focus on promoting change and growth in individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties. I approach therapy in a holistic manner by supporting clients in setting goals, solving problems, and changing unhelpful patterns while providing empathy and practical feedback. Among my areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, coping with loss, adjustment to life changes, & parenting.
