I have 20 years of experience providing therapy to adults, youth and families working through a variety of life challenges including: depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts and family/relationship issues. I have DBT, CBT and EMDR training and experience. I have worked in outpatient settings and a youth day treatment center for severe mental health issues. I provide an open, accepting environment for clients to explore concerns. I also find it important to challenge clients on blind spots or patterns. I love working with teens and adults of all ages. I believe even small changes can make a difference in finding happiness.
